Long holds. Slow breath. Deep listening.
What happens when you stop trying to get somewhere? LSD (Long, Slow, Deep) is a Yin journey into stillness, sensation, and the curious places your awareness can wander when the body gets quiet.
We’ll settle into long-held postures, breathe slowly, and stay awhile. No rushing. No forcing. Just an invitation to listen more closely to what’s happening beneath the surface.
Light, color, sound, and atmosphere will weave through the practice, creating a little more mystery than your average afternoon on the mat. You might notice sensation becoming more vivid. Time might feel different. Your mind may wander. Something unexpected might surface. Or you may simply experience the rare pleasure of being still without needing to do anything about it.
This is Yin with a little more mystery and a chance to explore the physical, energetic, emotional, and perhaps even cosmic dimensions of slowing down.
Long. Slow. Deep. Come for the stretch. Stay for the trip.
